Recently renovated rooms, improved customer service, handwritten note and chocolates, outdoor breakfast buffet in a beautiful garden setting.

I was able to see river from my balcony. The place was just 1 mile from river kwai bridge. It is close to the airport:)))

The hotel is located in an area where you can find bars within walking distance and it’s easy to get a taxi. the Suanpuang Ratchaburi area is nearby, as well as the main Karnchanaburi local night market. Some rooms have a nice view of the swimming pool, and the breakfast has a variety of food options.
The hotel is aging and in need of renovation, including the bathroom fixtures.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance of bars and not far from the main night market. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there was ample parking available.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel. The only slight issue was the lack of taxis in the area, but the hotel staff was helpful in arranging alternative transportation.

The gardens were absolutely stunning, a true oasis of peace and tranquility. The pool was lovely, with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and a convenient changing room. The buffet breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. The friendly staff was always ready to help us with directions or any questions we had. The hotel was located just a short walk from the city center, which made it very convenient for us to explore all the attractions.
The room felt outdated and could use some renovation to bring it up to modern standards. The bathroom was quite basic and small, and the shower didn't seem to have consistent hot water.

The breakfast was decent and the hotel had a good pool area to relax in during the day. the staff were polite and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay. the location was great for exploring the local area with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel itself was tired and in need of a lot of maintenance. the room was dirty and outdated, with old furniture and bedding.
